IT Production Operations Analyst

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for an IT Production Operations Analyst for our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for collaborating with product and infrastructure teams to maintain products, resolve technical problems, and build support services and systems
• Utilizes Incident Management System to drive response to incidents and outages, develop RCA's and report incident status and resolution to the business
• Works Production Operations queues to assign tickets to proper queues and individuals as appropriate
• Collaborates with product teams to assist with SQL sync's, trend analysis, deployments, and release burden of non-development work
• Continually analyzes support processes to look for inefficiencies

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in an IT production or DevOps role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, including understanding store procedures
• The ability to work outside of normal business hours
