The Job at a Glance

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a HVAC Manufacturer Partnerships Program Manager (Internally known as "The Partnership Architect"). In this role, you will be responsible for driving partnership growth projects, and serving as the liaison to the entire business to ensure seamless program rollouts. This team member will work directly with teams at our partners, and connect dots to drive outputs internally across Sales, Operations, eCommerce, Marketing, Pricing, Purchasing and IT to meet project deadlines. You will also work directly with some of our largest HVAC Manufacturing partners to find ways to strengthen and develop our partnership

A Typical Day

• Launch and operationalize new manufacturer programs and manage compliance with our partnership agreements
• Work directly with the HVAC Manufacturing Partnership leadership team to scale relationships and opportunities across both our commercial and residential divisions
• Initiate and coordinate projects for existing programs to enhance our position as a trusted partner
• Manage the successful launch of new Original Equipment Manufacturer distribution partnerships

• Schedule, host and mediate sessions to ensure alignment, drive progress against, and triage issues against the prioritized project list
• Monitor and assess program performance and drive programs to on time completion, review and validate successful completion of deliverables & objectives
• Partnering across both our commercial and residential divisions to ensure key data components such as pricing, product information, etc. is aligned and coordinated

To Land This Opportunity

• You have 3-5 years under your belt in a business environment, managing stakeholders and projects, communicating across multiple levels of the organization, reporting results, along with bearing a high level of comfort with all MS Office tools, including proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
• You are a resourceful self-starter, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable driving results and deadlines autonomously
• You can walk into a room of strangers and have a dozen friends before the party's over. It's not unusual to find you chatting up team members at all levels of the organization
• You lead with curiosity and have a passion for solving problems, continuous improvement, and making order out of chaos
• Your previous coworkers could use the following words to describe you: committed, collaborative, approachable, articulate, and flexible

The salary range for this role is $93,594.29 - 125,230.25 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
