Job Summary:
B&A is looking for an
UKG Consultant to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. We are seeking an experienced UKG Consultant with deep expertise in the UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will support our organization by implementing, configuring, and optimizing the UKG Pro ERP system to streamline HR, payroll, and talent management processes. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, HR operational expertise, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and configuration of the UKG Pro system, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Customize modules for HR, payroll, benefits administration, and talent management.
- Analyze current HR workflows and recommend UKG Pro solutions to improve efficiency.
- Implement system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements to maximize functionality.
- Provide end-user training and create system documentation for ongoing use.
- Offer technical support for resolving system issues and troubleshooting errors.
- Assist in data migration, cleansing, and system testing during implementation.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support HR and management decision-making.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and payroll teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Liaise with UKG support teams for advanced troubleshooting or system enhancements.
- Ensure system compliance with local employment laws and data privacy regulations, including GDPR.
- Stay updated on UKG product updates and industry best practices.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with UKG solutions (Pro, Dimensions, or similar).
Required Skills
- Proven experience with UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) system, including implementation and customization.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll systems, and talent management workflows.
- Proficiency in creating custom reports using tools like Business Intelligence (BI) within UKG Pro.
- Experience in HRIS data migration and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR and employment regulations in [relevant location].
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills.
Desired Skills
- Experience with APIs and third-party system integrations.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
- Familiarity with other UKG solutions (e.g., Workforce Dimensions).
- Experience in multiple industries or global implementations.
