How You'll Make a Difference You will be responsible for growing the accounts within the ATP portfolio, driving sales, and fostering strong client relationships. Identifying customer needs, promoting tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction while achieving revenue targets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategies, track performance, and address customer concerns promptly. A focus on market trends, customer engagement, and strategic planning is essential for success in this role. What You'll Bring to the Role
- BA in business, marketing, communications, or related field. MBA or related business degree preferred
- Strong business development background
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, partner relationship management or related field.
- Experience working with and managing B2B clients independently
- Ability to identify and map business strengths and customer needs
- Ability to oversee and execute multiple projects, teams, and individuals with a proactive and adaptive mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively and combine ideas to best benefit the customer
- Analytical thinker with experience in qualitative and qualitative analytics
- Maintain a strong understanding of products and services, innovating new ways to serve B2B channel
- High-level stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with senior level executives both externally and internally
- Demonstrated strength with digital technologies and how they are transforming customer experience and engagement, including knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products and CRM
- Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
