JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: This individual will serve as a Tioga County Extension team member, assisting with the 4-H program for 4-H youth members and adult volunteer leaders. Time Requirements: This is a part-time position at approximately 20 hours/week, fluctuating depending on the time of the year. The individual must be available for evening and weekend events to fulfill the position's responsibilities. Position Responsibilities:
Qualifications Position requires excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication skills, good computer skills to create documents, ability to work independently, and ability to plan and teach activities and educational programs.Must be a team player who can work with diverse youth and adults.The candidate must be able to carry equipment, educational materials, and supplies, with or without accommodation. This position requires the applicant to operate a motor vehicle as part of the job duties. A valid US driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required. Applicant must also be willing to work flexible hours.
