The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will be accountable for leading people, supervising and being responsible for the organization's warehouses, setting direction for production and deploying resources to ensure quality and success.

This position is located in Lebanon, IN and is a full time, 2nd shift opportunity.



Responsibilities

Responsibilities

    Assure products, parts or supplies are shipped, distributed, received, packaged and stored, according to establish policies and procedures.
  • Insure the monitoring and the receipt, classification and storage of products, materials, tools and equipment. Supervises the creation and maintenance of the processes of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
  • Focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various distribution processes, and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to warehouse planning/forecasting to measure actual performance.
  • Coordinates delivery and shipment of parts to insure quality and prevention of back-orders and safety concerns.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping within OSHA guidelines for Material Safety Data Sheets, Recordable injuries, and other requirements.
  • Develop risk assessment and contingency plans should demand exceed supply.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of warehouse or production management experience OR
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience with 5+ years of warehouse or production management experience

The annual salary for this role is $61,125 - $89,650 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
