Overview The Strategy & Operational Excellence team is on a mission to improve both our customer and employee experience by redefining how we plan, buy, make, and distribute products in Waters Global Operations. Our four pillars of focus include: Strategy, Processes and Systems, Continuous Improvement, and Insights. As a Sr Principal Program Manager, Supply Chain Transformation, you will provide leadership and coordination across high-impact initiatives across Global Operations. In this role, you will be working with the enterprise S/4 transformation program, multiple Global Operations transformation teams (responsible transformational change in, e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Direct Procurement, and Production Planning) and local sites (responsible for implementation at the site). The role will require you to leverage your program management, change management, and process leadership skills, and experience with S/4Hana and similar transformations in supply chain, to ensure focused and coordinated execution. This position is ideally suited for a highly organized and strategic Program Manager comfortable in a dynamic environment, with a strong command of conceptual and analytical problem solving related to strategy, organizational design, roles, processes, technology, and metrics. Lead quarterly planning within and across initiatives to ensure priorities align with strategic objectives and deliver impact on agreed metrics across the S/4HANA program, global capability teams and sites
