Program Department Manager The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center About Us The Salvation Army is an international movement and an evangelical part of the universal Christian church. Our Adult Rehabilitation Center provides essential support and rehabilitation services to individuals in need. Position Overview We're seeking a mission-driven Program Department Manager to join our Adult Rehabilitation Centers Command team. This key leadership position will drive program success through data quality management, administrative oversight, and staff development. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to our spiritual and service-oriented mission, along with demonstrated experience in non-profit program management. Compensation & Schedule Annual salary range: $60,000 - $65,000 Classification: Full-time, Exempt Schedule includes occasional on-call support outside normal work hours for critical program needs Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee Adult Rehabilitation Centers program operations Maintain system integrity as Beneficiary Database System Administrator Conduct regular audits and quality assessments of program services Manage contracts and volunteer database systems Coordinate special events aligned with organizational mission Support staff development and training initiatives Provide administrative support and handle sensitive communications Monitor participant progress and program outcomes Participate in on-site center reviews and trainings Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work or related field Minimum 2 years of program management experience Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Deep commitment to The Salvation Army's mission and values Preferred Qualifications Experience in addiction recovery or rehabilitation services Non-profit program management background Knowledge of best practices in spiritual and recovery support services Experience with database management and reporting systems
