HealthPartners is hiring a Pharmacy Account Manager. The Pharmacy Account Manager serves as the primary relationship manager for employer accounts. This role involves working directly with employer groups to optimize drug spend, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and initiatives. The incumbent is expected to have a deep understanding of pharmacy market dynamics and the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry to manage client relationships effectively. The role includes partnering with Sales and Account teams to create and maintain strategic and operational service plans to ensure client retention. It also involves analyzing customer drug utilization data to develop and present compelling value proposition stories. The Pharmacy Account Manager will collaborate with pharmacy team members to develop, train, and implement pharmacy product materials and educational support for sales and account management. This position also plays a key role in creating forward-facing content for sales, brokers, and clients, and drives content production for new business proposals. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
