Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Clifton, NJ. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Responsible for performing inspections, tests, or audits of purchased parts, units, materials, equipment, panel/module level assemblies, and quality control programs to specifications.
  • Interprets manufacturing drawings, diagrams, specifications, and lists to approve or reject units, test setups, or systems for in-process or final assemblies.
  • Reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
  • Maintains support documentation and performs sampling and testing of incoming components, raw materials, and build of assemblies.
  • Reviews and reports performance data.
  • Ensures raw materials, in-process, and finished products meet company and test standards.
  • Determines or assists in determining methods and procedures necessary for inspection.
  • May interface with customer quality representatives or suppliers.
  • Developing support for individual contributors.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
  • Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
  • Less detailed instructions are provided and moderate peer review is necessary.
  • Communicates with contacts typically within the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.
  • Follows established processes to complete tasks.
  • Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
  • Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.
  • Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which has some impact on the team's overall results achievement.
  • Work is somewhat limited in scope, typically on smaller, less structured task-related activities.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $25+/hr.

Hours: M-F 7:45AM-4:30PM

Length: Temp to Direct (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience Interpreting manufacturing drawings, Diagrams, specifications, and lists to approve or reject units, test setups, or systems for in-process or final assemblies.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
  • IPC -610 Certification.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Need to be very detail-oriented.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
