Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour + potential $1,500 sign-on bonus Shift: Monday to Friday Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in landscaping, trades, or specialty floor care. 2-5 years of mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Valid driver's license for travel between property sites. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across commercial properties, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance. Utilize lifts and ladders, complete paperwork, and maintain facility cleanliness. Lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights in various environments.
