Job Overview The Macy's Marketing team is seeking an accomplished Director to lead the transformation of how we measure the effectiveness of our media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across different models of measurement and attribution, leveraging industry insights to take performance to the next level. This leader will be skilled at building both internal and external models, well versed in creative solutions that drive results, and a team member that others can learn from and collaborate with. The Media Measurement team empowers the Macy's organization with analytical insights and solutions to support media planning, tactical media channel execution, and optimization of the effectiveness of Macy's media. The Director role leads the team, supporting all internal marketing and media teams with all backend execution and analyses of information for Audiences, Media Modeling and Attribution. The Director acts as a liaison between Media and the internal/external partners respective of measurement. The role requires a high degree of strategic and analytical ability to develop actionable insights to improve our customer engagement, our marketing strategies and financial results.
