Telecommunications Network Integrator

Peraton is seeking a Qualified MS Teams Voice/Collaboration Network Integrator, who will have the following responsibilities:

Possesses technical knowledge and skill in using MS Teams Collaboration applications.
• Experienced in the integration and operational network/voice environment utilizing high-level functional voice systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation methodologies of complex solutions.
• Designs and prepares technical reports, data bases, studies, and related documentation, makes charts and graphs to record results.
• Has knowledge of security requirements for deploying hybrid voice solutions in the field.
• Experience configuring MS Teams, Avaya and Cisco Voice, Cisco Routers, Switches and Session Border Controllers to predefined standards in a voice environment.
• Skills in developing and integrating VOIP, digital and cloud-based voice solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Teams, Teams Admin Center and Direct Route implementations, Cisco's Unified Communications Product line such as Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection and collaboration applications, features and services (e.g. Webex Meetings Server, CUACA, etc), and Avaya Voice product line.

Experience Requirements:

• 5 years directly work with Cisco Collaboration tools in an enterprise environment with BS/BA, 3 years with MS/MA, 9 years of experience with HS Diploma/Equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of MS Teams, Session Border Controller, Cisco's CUCM Telephony Product line - BE6K-7K series servers, and Avaya Voice Product Line.
• 3 years of operations experience.
• Experience on Cisco Call Manager versions 10 and above and Avaya Voice Product line
• Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• CCT Routing & Switching, CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering
• 2 years of experience working on voice systems deployment teams.
• 2 years of experience in managing and deploying voice solutions in a VOIP and cloud-based environment.
