ARES Corporation is seeking motivated individuals familiar with NASA systems engineering and program management processes as applied to schedule integration to create training materials and provide user support for the Artemis Schedule Integration Tool (ASIT). The ASIT system is a custom NASA scheduling environment that is designed to allow teams to build schedules at any level and connect them together using an on-line catalog. Responsibilities: Duties would include, but are not limited to, * Creating and presenting training materials and curriculum for the desktop tool set: videos, help topics, feature walkthrough topics, newsletter topics and other instructional information. (HTML, CSS, PowerPoint, and basic video production expertise required) * Establishment of content management process for training materials, including SharePoint site integration * Building and maintaining new user orientation and Group Lead training packages in a variety of formats with cross-platform compatibility * Providing administrative support for ASIT access and user accounts * Providing in person training classes on specific topics for teams as required * Providing help desk support * Assisting the Schedule Integration Lead in building materials for outreach to new teams * Assisting the customers and Schedule Integration Lead in determining best practices and techniques for making effective use of the system Minimum Requirements: *Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and target clear and concise message to the appropriate audience. *Experience learning and communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences and presenting to wide audiences. *Attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to perform in a fast paced and dynamic environment. *Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and able to easily adapt to new toolsets. *Experience and proficiency with customer management processes and methods. *Previous knowledge of ASIT is not a requirement for this position.
