As a Sr. Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of large-scale corporate, social, and in-house events, bringing client visions to life while fostering genuine, meaningful relationships. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their journey from initial planning through execution and post-event follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams, creative departments, and external vendors to craft dynamic, high-impact events. Develop and present innovative proposals that align with client goals while exceeding their expectations. Lead on-site event installations and manage all logistical aspects to ensure flawless execution. Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell services and enhance client offerings. Maintain thorough financial oversight, including pricing, negotiations, and final contract agreements. Stay ahead of trends by participating in industry research, trade shows, and professional development opportunities.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in special events, sales, production, entertainment, catering, or hospitality. 3+ years of relevant experience required, with a background in event production, sales, or entertainment management being a plus. Proficiency in event software like Delphi, Meeting Matrix, or Social Tables is a bonus. Strong organizational skills, business acumen, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting connections with clients and teams.
