Role Snapshot:

As our Sales Coordinator, you will coordinate and manage services provided to perspective Health Plan Medicare Supplement clients helping to ensure our sales staff is equipped and prepared to provide options of care and cost-effective outcomes. You will support sales and account management teams through data entry, reporting, collaboration, scheduling, and orchestration. You will support all WPS Health Plan Sales initiatives as they relate to new business sales efforts.

Hourly Rate of Pay



  • $22/hour ~ $25/hour
  • The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • You'll use various sales tools, systems and applications to successful demonstrate the value of WPS and its products by supporting our sales staff.
  • You'll manage fulfillment activities from initial entry of prospect information to mailing of product information, including working with vendors and ensuring timeliness of responses.
  • You'll manage sales, prospect, and agency data, including running sales reports, tracking leads, and maintaining data.
  • You'll maintain knowledge of WPS internal procedures, developments, and products which may affect customers or prospects.
  • You'll work in a flexible, people-first, empowering, safe, and supportive environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • 1 or more years of related work experience.
  • Associate's degree in business, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent post high school education and/or work-related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
  • Must hold or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire, a valid Wisconsin Health Insurance License. (WPS will sponsor this License).


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • 2 or more years in health insurance with prior experience working with prospects/customers in an insurance sales environment.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of health insurance industry.
  • Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of WPS Individual products.
  • Experience working in CRM tools.

  • To help strengthen communication, provide a sense of community, and improve the overall remote work experience, the assigned office community based on the position's division is: Shared Services Division - West Frankfort, Illinois.
