The Electrician is responsible for managing electric power installations, ensuring compliance with regulatory codes, and repairing electrical and pneumatic equipment. The role proactively identifies repair needs, provides equipment data to the Master Data Maintainer, and maintains compliance with safety regulations. The role commits to prompt issue resolution, serves as a field-wide contact during emergencies, and works under supervision to assist in complex electrical maintenance tasks. The role also recognizes, analyzes, and resolves maintenance problems, maintaining positive relationships with regulatory representatives.

* Manages electric power installations at various locations, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with all electrical regulatory codes, standards, and environmental health and safety (EHS) protocols.
* Repairs electrical and pneumatic equipment, showcasing technical proficiency and educates personnel on electrical measurement, safety, and their responsibilities related to electricity.
* Identifies and communicates electrical repair needs to the planner/scheduler for work orders, demonstrating proactive maintenance.
* Provides electrical equipment data to the Master Data Maintainer (MDM), contributing to accurate recordkeeping.
* Maintains electrical compliance in close coordination with the Foreman and EHS, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
* Demonstrates a commitment to prompt response and issue resolution by willing to be available throughout the day for calls for repairs.
* Serves as a field-wide contact for all personnel during emergencies or significant occurrences, ensuring effective communication and response.
* Works under supervision to assist in moderately complex electrical maintenance tasks, including developing and implementing SOPs, prioritizing projects, and making recommendations for optimization.
* Recognizes, analyzes, and resolves complex electrical maintenance problems, taking corrective action in emergency and non-emergency situations, contributing to operational efficiency and safety.
* Maintains positive relationships with local, state/province, provincial, and federal representatives, representing the organization in various capacities and ensuring effective communication.

Education:
* High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) is required.

Experience:
* 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in E&P Operations specializing in areas such as Oilfield Automation, Electrical Systems, Instrumentation and Control Systems, Field Operations and Maintenance or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.
