Bio-Rad is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to the EVP, General Counsel and Secretary and the Legal Department's leadership team. The ideal candidate for this dynamic and critical role in a collaborative team will be a high-performing go-getter and problem solver with a strong background in executive support in a corporate environment. This position requires someone who is very organized, process-oriented, skilled in project management, and possesses effective written and verbal communication skills. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and partner with other colleagues on process improvements. You will be responsible for arranging travel and providing administrative support, all while maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Leading administrative efforts across the function, including complex calendar considerations, processing T&E claims in a timely manner, organization of team meetings, travel arrangements.
  • Creating and editing of spreadsheets and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinating with other executives and executive assistants across the Company, as well as outside counsel.
  • Partnering with others within the function to improve and implement processes and lead certain projects.


What You Bring:



  • Education: Bachelor Degree.
  • Work Experience: 8+ years experience supporting C-Suite executive and team.
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings, experience scheduling travel arrangements.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and complete competing tasks successfully and continually improve the administrative process for greater efficiency with a high degree of independence.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Highly proficient in analysis and problem-solving.
  • High level of trust, discretion, and driving ownership.
  • Previous experience supporting a Global organization is a strong plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Sense of humor.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $94,100 to $129,400 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
