The Workday Security Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining the global Workday platform, with a focus on developing and managing security, reporting, and integrations. This role ensures the system operates efficiently and securely while supporting various Workday modules, including HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and others as required, to meet organizational needs and compliance standards. The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Role is remote on a full-time basis, spending less than 10% of their time or one visit/quarter or less at a Watts Water office or site.
