Regional Marketing Manager

The Regional Marketing Manager will work with the Director of Marketing in the planning, development, execution and tracking of Consigli's strategic marketing communications and events, dedicated and responsible for any/all regional offices. The role serves as a marketing communications consultant to internal partners, providing strategic communications programs and initiatives that cross multiple brands and regions.

Essential Functions
  • Marketing representative for appointed regional offices and market sectors.
  • Development of an annual Regional Marketing Plan with targeted action items for regional strategic initiatives.
  • Regular check-ins with office heads & market leads to understanding the status of strategic initiatives and key happenings on projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of projects and status in each region.
  • Identification and management of high-profile projects by region/market; relationship management with project teams to stay apprised of project progress and milestones.
  • Point of contact for jobsite-related marketing; liaison between project team and corporate team (milestone events, misc. materials, photography, video, etc.).
  • Lead regional & market-focused events.
  • Development and maintenance of messaging and BD collateral related to assigned regions/markets
  • Maintenance of external website to ensure project information and photos are up to date and relevant.
  • Leadership and involvement in corporate and project-level events.
  • Coordination of progress photography & facilitation of finish photography.
  • Videography planning and shoot coordination, as required.
  • Establishing and maintaining client and architect relationships from award through ribbon-cutting (and beyond); collaboration at key points in the project (i.e. milestone events, coordinated media efforts, awards, photography, etc.).
  • Lead award development (i.e. go/no-go decisions, selection of projects, assistance with content, review).
  • Lead social media and Consigli News content related to projects.
  • Lead e-marketing planning & development.
  • Strategic insight for Top 10 or specialty pursuit development.
  • Proactive content development for regions and market sectors for use in proposals.
  • Assistance with proposal review when there is an overflow.
  • Marketing liaison for monthly regional office & market sector meetings.


Required Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or relevant field required.
  • Minimum 7 - 10+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Communications or Marketing.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry proposals.
  • 3 - 5 years' experience supervising a team.
  • Strong writing, journalism background a plus.
  • A/E/C industry experience preferred.
