Description

PAY: $60,000 - $90,000

JOB SUMMARY: The Contract Administrator provides assistance and oversite to the company's Contract, Subcontract and Procurement process in collaboration with the Director of Contracts, Finance, Business Development and Program Management. The position is also integral to the ongoing effort to achieve best practices in the current contract administration process. Location: Oklahoma City Corporate office or the Satellite office in Colorado Springs, CO.

PRIMARY DUTIES:



  • Administer Contracts/Subcontracts and other Contracting documents as related, including but not limited to negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, financial reporting, and product delivery per overall contract requirements. Creating and maintaining appropriate Record Management processes.
  • Provides day-to-day oversight of the contract administration process.
  • Draft and revise contracts for contract modification to include task orders on IDIQ contract vehicles.
  • Interacts with customer/client contract administrators to negotiate terms and conditions of service agreements, including but not limited to payment terms and indemnification provisions.
  • Preparation and dissemination of reports and other contract information for submission to Director of Contracts.
  • Enforce contract execution process in accordance with company policy.
  • Coordinates approval of negotiations, contracts, and subcontracts with Director of Contracts.
  • Reviews solicitation requests to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Prepare Consulting Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements as needed.
  • Modifies contract schedules and takes part in vendor agreement negotiations as needed.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices.
  • Provide support to procurement operations as needed.



REQUIREMENTS:



  • 5+ years of related experience in Contracts Administration
  • Experience working on Government Contracts, Subcontracts, NDA's, Teaming Agreements
  • Advanced knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes involved in government contracts/subcontracts administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts, including FAR, DFAR, and CAS.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience with Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force/Army/GSA/Space Force Contract Administration
  • Pricing experience



EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
