Job Overview:

The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for overall support of the QMS system, verifying conformity to internal/vendor requirements for spec builds, document control, and traceability of all parts and packages.
The Quality Coordinator will support the Quality, Project Management, Engineering and Manufacturing
teams.

Responsibilities
:
* Creating Certificate of Compliance forms and certifications
* Oversee directly or indirectly the activities of contractors to ensure the performed work by the contractors meets the requirements set in drawings, specifications, and contract documents through inspection and test plans (ITP)
* Responsible for reviewing applicable customer requirements and providing any needed drawings, documentation, certifications, and instruction manuals.
* Responsible for maintaining QA/QC records of the project and/or contracts.
* Ensures project manuals, including build packages, as-built redline drawings, part certifications, submitted by contractors, vendors, and customers are complete and accurate.
* Supporting Project Management and Engineering teams with document review, retrieval, and compliance to regulatory and customer standards

Requirements:

* High school diploma/GED required
* Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards
* Experience with production/ manufacturing
processes and techniques
* Internal Auditing experience preferred, but not required
* Experience with C of C's, CRN, CSA documentation
* Knowledge of SAP operating system, or equivalent

* Exceptional organizational skills
* Proficient with computers, specifically MS Office applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multiple departments
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
* Strong ability to work independently, but maintain workload
* Problem solving techniques and experience

Preferences:

* Strong computer and typing skills
* Knowledge of SAP operating system, or equivalent
* Internal Auditing experience preferred, but not required.
* ETQ Reliance QMS, iAuditor software experience preferred, but not required
* ISO 9001:2015 experience and knowledge
* Industry and regulatory standards

Travel and Work Arrangements

* This position will be based at our headquarter offices in Bentleyville, PA, with minimal anticipated travel.
* Professional office environment
* Fully site based (no remote or hybrid work)

Job Overview:




We are currently seeking an organized and collaborative individual to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting quotes and order management of configured and engineered product orders for our mission-critical pump technologies in a manufacturing
facility. An Application Engineer works with a team to ensure the efficient and accurate pre-sale and post-sale support activities for industrial products serving the water treatment, oil/gas, and/or petrochemical industries while adhering to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, communicative, adaptable and can meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.




Responsibilities:




Application Engineering



  • Respond to customer inquiries for pump technology product selection, pricing and application support for standard, configured and engineered- to-order products

  • Prepare and submit quotations and technical bid documents utilizing a variety of product selection tools, internal ERP system and technical resources

  • Review RFQ's, specifications and provide application engineering expertise in special applications (i.e. conceptual design of special configurations, evaluation of existing designs, basic modification of existing designs, etc.)

  • Provide technical and commercial support to Regional Sales Managers, channel partners, and end users

  • Provide

    project management


    for orders requiring special designs, documentation, testing and inspection from order receipt through customer acceptance




Customer Support



  • Coordinate with internal departments and outside suppliers for quoting and

    project management


    purposes

  • Represent the company in customer meetings and coordinate commercial and technical negotiations as needed

  • Assist with aftermarket application support, spare parts selection and troubleshooting




Training and Development



  • Participate in training programs to improve engineering skills and product knowledge

  • Attend monthly EHS trainings

  • Follow all policies and procedures (i.e. report on time and ready to work - Start/Lunch/Breaks




Quality Control



  • Provide technical support for evaluation of customer warranty issues

  • Participate in engineering and quality discussions




Safety
Compliance




  • Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors promptly




Cleanliness and Organization



  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)




Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, required

  • 3+ years of quoting and/or

    project management


    experience

  • Ability to troubleshoot and support customer's requests

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Proficient computer skills (i.e. log on credentials (SSO), JD Edwards, and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Pay Range




The pay range for this role is $72,000 - $90,000. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
