Responsibilities

Employee shall provide the following general and administrative duties during the term of this Agreement:

1. Accountability to Employer's Medical Director for all professional and administrative activities within the Employer.

2. Collaborate with employer and employer's staff and providers to ensure appropriateness and quality of the care and the treatment of patients served by the psychiatric services, consistent with each particular patient's care needs and best interest. The parties do not intend this to limit or reduce patient benefits.

3. Demonstrate behavior that exemplifies the highest standards of conduct on and off the job.
4. Demonstrate a willingness and capacity to work effectively with the Employer's staff in a professional manner.
5. Will practice compliance with all Clinical Excellence best practices/recommendations, and perform in accordance with psychiatric specific evidenced-based medicine and national guidelines.
