This defined retirement benefit requires 12.27% monthly contribution rate and includes a 100% employer match on Day 1 Learn more at Work With Us \| Maricopa County, AZ We Require Four years of professional library experience which includes two years of supervisory experience Master's degree in Library Science from an American Library Association (ALA) accredited school We Also Value Public library experience Job Contributions Supervises the operations of a branch library Upholds Library District service standards and models exceptional MCLD citizenship Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers using the Library District's Great Expectations customer service model Develops performance plans, monitors performance, coaches/counsels, and evaluates staff Schedules staff for work shifts and at the customer service desk. Monitors branch budget for part time staff and supplies Identifies needs and provides recommendations for improving branch operations.
