Description
We're looking for Bilingual Personal Bankers to join our team! MidFirst Bank is seeking energetic individuals with excellent bilingual customer service skills who enjoy helping others in a team-oriented, contact center environment. The Personal Bankers are responsible for handling a wide variety of calls regarding banking products and services. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling new and existing customer inquiries while providing quality service to our customers in an enthusiastic, responsive and articulate manner. Full Time position -Onsite position/ Shift Hours 12pm to 9pm (M-F) Individuals are required to work rotating weekends which include Saturday and Sunday. Excellent Pay plus Shift differentials are available for certain hours: $18.00 hour/Base Pay $5.00/hour for Monday through Friday from 6pm - 9pm p.m. Saturday's from 1pm to 6pm and Sunday from 12p to 4p. Bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English will earn an additional $2.00 per hour. Passed bilingual assessment required. Position Requirements: Interested candidates must enjoy helping others by phone, be detail-oriented, adapt well to change, be able to multi-task, be dependable, and have experience using a personal computer.
