The salary range for a Dental Product Compliance Analyst is $67,000 to $121,000. Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and company tenure & equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance. Dental Product Compliance Analyst Overview The Dental Product Compliance Analyst supports the Company's efforts to ensure the Company's portfolio of dental products are following and continue to meet federal and state regulatory standards and guidelines. This role may also support the Company's portfolio of life, disability, and supplemental products as needed. They play a role in identifying compliance risks, thereby maintaining the integrity and trustworthiness of the Company's products in the market. This role will work with the Company's product development, marketing, sales, and underwriting teams. Essential Duties:
