Overview Nakupuna Consulting is looking for a Defect Coordinator. As a member of an Agile team, the Defect Coordinator will take on primary responsibility for coordinating defect-related activities across the project. The Defect Coordinator will analyze, implement, and support testing activities in support of the design, development, and implementation of a large, complex PeopleSoft project. This team member will be responsible for ensuring the delivered software and documentation is adequately tested and meets quality and compliance standards. This team member will also be expected to work a hybrid schedule - 2 days a week (Mondays and Tuesdays) in the Arlington, VA office. Facilitate and manage defect review, planning, and retrospective sessions.

Education and Experience: This position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or relevant work experience. Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to comprehend, analyze, and synthesize complex technical information. Experience with government and/or Department of Defense environments preferred.
