As a corporate Human Resources Generalist, you are responsible for managing a variety of human resources functions to support employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and the company's strategic goals. This role involves all aspects of the employee life-cycle including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The HR Generalist acts as a key resource for both employees and management, promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
