About the Position In this role, the Division Manager collaborates with Directors and other Division Managers in the Flood Control Department with minimal oversight. The Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the administrative, technical, and professional staff, as well as overseeing the division's activities. We Require
Seven years of work experience in engineering, hydrology, or project management, including two years of supervisory experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resource Management, Planning, physical science, or a related degree Master's degree or higher in a related field may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) by the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration OR by the technical board of another state, with the ability to obtain Arizona Registration within six months of employment
