Who We Are ... SourceAmerica is searching for a Business Development Representative to join its team. The position will be responsible and accountable for the successful identification of new business opportunities, including development and implementation of business strategies and plans; market research and analysis; business and technical proposal writing; and corporate database management. Maintains effective and visible business relationships with government agencies; provides advice and direct assistance in contracting, quality systems and supply chain, life-cycle management of projects within major lines of business to sustain and expand the growth of jobs and projects on the Procurement List (PL) of the AbilityOne Program. This position helps connect our network of over 400 Non-Profit agencies with federal procurement opportunities across the United States! Our network of Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs) perform service and product contracts mainly for Federal agencies and help employ over 30,000+ people with disabilities nationally. *Due to the requirements of this position the ideal candidate must be based in a hybrid model (30 miles or less) proximity to one of our offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or the Washington, DC-area. Salary Range The salary for this position falls in a range between $98,496 - $113,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States. Minimum Qualifications
