Job Description:

We're seeking a motivated Associate Electrical Engineer to join our team! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the design, testing, and support of cutting-edge products while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced engineering environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write test plans to verify product designs and ensure performance standards are met

  • Design test stands and carry out product testing following relevant standards.

  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure designs meet specifications and quality standards.

  • Draft detailed purchase specifications and review engineering drawings for accuracy.

  • Support the design and prototyping of new products, including PCB design and testing.

  • Program HMIs, PLCs, and other industrial controls.

  • Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and design tooling and fixtures.

  • Assist in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and supporting production and customer service teams.

  • Draft and review engineering change notices (ECNs) and provide technical approval.

  • Use industrial tools and equipment, including power/hand tools and scissor lifts.

  • Adhere to company standards, procedures, and policies while maintaining a professional work environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Solid foundational knowledge in product design, testing, and support.

  • Hands-on experience with industrial tools and equipment is desirable.

  • Ability to understand and create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB designs.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and grow in the engineering field.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortability working at heights, with a strong focus on safety, whether on scissor lifts or other elevated platforms.
