Job Description: We're seeking a motivated Associate Electrical Engineer to join our team! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the design, testing, and support of cutting-edge products while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced engineering environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and write test plans to verify product designs and ensure performance standards are met Design test stands and carry out product testing following relevant standards. Work closely with suppliers to ensure designs meet specifications and quality standards. Draft detailed purchase specifications and review engineering drawings for accuracy. Support the design and prototyping of new products, including PCB design and testing. Program HMIs, PLCs, and other industrial controls. Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and design tooling and fixtures. Assist in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and supporting production and customer service teams. Draft and review engineering change notices (ECNs) and provide technical approval. Use industrial tools and equipment, including power/hand tools and scissor lifts. Adhere to company standards, procedures, and policies while maintaining a professional work environment. What We're Looking For: A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Solid foundational knowledge in product design, testing, and support. Hands-on experience with industrial tools and equipment is desirable. Ability to understand and create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB designs. Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and grow in the engineering field. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Comfortability working at heights, with a strong focus on safety, whether on scissor lifts or other elevated platforms. Why Join Us?
