Job Description:

• Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of peer review performance activities for physicians and allied health professionals.
• Supplies data and reports as appropriate utilizing various software systems and statistical analysis.
• Responsible for documenting all peer review actions generated by committees, by completing all committee follow-up including minutes, letters to practitioners, communication of issues to appropriate hospital directors, and filing peer review worksheets.
• Coordinates and facilitates OPPE/FPPE process for all physicians and allied health every month. Aid MD Advisor and committee members in their reviews.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Three years job related experience
• Must obtain CPCS within three years

Preferred Requirements:

• Current license from the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse is desirable
• Clinical experience is preferred
• CPSC/CPMSM, preferred
