NE Renewable Power is made up of 7 Biomass electric generating power stations located in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. These stations play a crucial role in supplying locally sourced renewable energy to the people of New England. Our New England Renewable Power (NERP) Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative, operational and safety related of the biomass sites, ensuring safety, efficiency and profitability. This role involves strategic planning, managing financial activities including budgeting and accounts payable, supervising staff, and fostering client and vendor relationships. The PM ensures compliance with company policies and regulations, drives performance improvements, and implements processes to enhance productivity. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication and people skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple direct reports, contractors, projects and deadlines effectively. This role also includes an expanded administrative role with Medius to quickly address issues directly with the NERP sites. Major Duties / Responsibilities:
