JOB TITLE: Morning News Producer
FOX 6 News is searching for a Producer, but not just any Producer. We want a Producer who is passionate about crafting compelling newscasts that resonate with a diverse audience. You must create and produce fast-paced newscasts that hit the mark every time for accuracy and urgency. You must showcase your razor-sharp news judgment to dominate breaking news. You must embody creativity and pay close attention to all those little details that make your show complete. You must harness every tool at your disposal to tell stories that matter and have a little fun with your audience. QUALIFICATIONS:
You must have a college degree (preferably in Journalism) with a minimum of two years producing experience working at a commercial television station. Must be able to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and multitask. Ideal candidate has familiarity with newsroom computer systems, graphics programs and editing skills a plus. This is a morning news position, but other shifts may be assigned as needed including weekends and holidays.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $54,000.00-59,000.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $45,000.00-49,100.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
