Primary Purpose:



  • Review non-real estate loan documentation for proper completion and set up on loan system and verify compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review non real-estate loan documentation for proper completion and signatures
  • Review loan documents to system for proper set up
  • Verify loan documents are completed in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
  • Communicate with branch personnel about loan related questions and issues regarding loan platform system, policy and procedures, regulations and any other general loan questions
  • Ensure accuracy of renewals, modifications, and other maintenance transactions related to loans


Job Specifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Close attention to details and good organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment as workflow is adjusted for regulatory and process changes
  • Loan documentation and processing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations preferred
