Principal Strategic Sourcing Specialist About The Role: The Global Sourcing Mission at BSC:Partner with best-in-industry suppliers to provide materials, products, innovation, and services that drive a competitive advantage for Boston Scientific.Join our sourcing team to help us fulfill this mission and advance science for life! ThePrincipal Strategic Sourcing Specialistis responsible for developing and executing category and sourcing strategies for Electronics categories that meet and exceed product quality and achieving service and cost improvement targets. The individual in this role will also lead a category team of cross-functional partners in Supplier Quality and Supplier Engineering to achieve category objectives and collaborate with Divisional stakeholders to align on optimal sourcing strategies within our Electronics category. Our ideal candidate has exceptional negotiation skills, is passionate about product quality, has a proven track record of reducing costs and improving delivery times, has expertise managing multiple contracts, and enjoys cross-functional and multi-division collaboration.
