UVA Health Outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy Fontaine is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist II to join our outpatient specialty clinic, focusing on neurologic and/or lymphedema rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will bring advanced expertise in treating patients with complex neurologic conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson's disease (PD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke (CVA), and spinal cord injury (SCI). Certification in lymphedema management is highly desirable, allowing for expanded services to patients with these needs.
As a Physical Therapist II, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care, serve as a mentor to junior staff, and contribute to program development and interdisciplinary care coordination. You will also take an active role in professional growth, quality improvement initiatives, and serve as a primary clinical instructor for students. Key Responsibilities:
