We're actively seeking a talented Sr Business Systems Analyst to join our Workforce Benefits Division in Newport Beach, CA. This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office. As a Sr Business Systems Analyst in our Workforce Benefits Division, you will be instrumental in analyzing, enhancing, and optimizing business processes and systems to drive operational efficiency in the insurance domain. With a strong foundation in insurance administration systems, you will analyze complex workflows, support seamless integration across platforms, and translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance our service offerings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams-including front-end developers, administrators, and key stakeholders-you'll help architect, implement, and maintain robust systems that support our commitment to exceptional customer experiences and efficient, compliant operations. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
