Position Summary:

As an HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with leadership and employees to

drive business objectives, promote a culture of excellence, and implement human resources strategies.

This role requires a blend of operational expertise, people management skills, and a deep understanding

of regulatory and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and align HR initiatives to
  
  support operational and strategic objectives.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning to ensure long-term organizational success.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, mediating and resolving conflicts to
  
  maintain a positive work environment.
• Support performance management processes, including coaching managers on delivering
  
  feedback and managing underperformance.
• Actively recruit and collaborate with recruitment teams to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with company values and industry standards.
• Develop retention strategies, including career development opportunities, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments (e.g., FDA, ISO standards).
• Strong understanding of HR principles, including employment law, employee relations, learning and organizational development, and talent acquisition.
• Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Good to have:

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• 3+ years as an HRBP preferred
• SHRM preferred

Competitive market salary from $85000 to 115000 per year depending on qualifications and experience.
