Job Description

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys:

  • Partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to attract and secure top talent.

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring strategies.

  • Guiding hiring managers through best practices and provide expert support.

  • Innovating and refining recruitment processes to ensure top-tier candidate experiences.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficiency in sourcing and recruitment tools, including ATS systems.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.
