Seeking a Mechanical Technician to complete our custom generator enclosures
EK is looking for a full-time mechanical tech ready to work hard and put their manufacturing and assembling skills to use in a fast-paced and friendly environment. Our new team members will work with our experienced team to complete assembly of generator enclosures, tanks, and their subassemblies using blueprints and other written and verbal specifications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Reads and understands blueprints and bill of material.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos, as well as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one to other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
