Assignment Details:

• Start Date: Must start between November 11 - December 11
• Duration: 8 Week Assignment
• Work Hours: Must work 48 hours per week
• Holiday Work: No Holiday RTO - Must be willing to work during Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Primary Responsibilities:

• Primary Unit: CVOR
• Float to Main OR for primarily Ortho & General cases
• On-Call Requirement: On-call 24 hours Saturday/Sunday (one weekend per month), on-call 8-hour shift 2 weekdays either 3-11 PM or 11-7 AM

Qualifications:

• BLS Required
• 2.5 Years of OR experience required
• Circulate required; Scrub is preferred
• Types of Cases/Experience Required: Valve replacement, coronary artery bypass, TAVR, Dissection, transplant, VATs
• Main OR: Strong experience in General and Ortho
• Experience in Standard cardiac (Cabg, AVR, MVR), TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, Heart transplant, Lung transplant, VATs, VADs
• Transplant experience (at least heart transplant) required
• Standard Endovascular (TCAR, TEVAR, fistulogram) experience required
• Must have Endovascular, vascular experience (e.g., Endovascular AAA, carotid endarterectomy, arteriogram, angiogram, trans carotid artery revascularization (TCAR), AV fistula, Fem-Pop bypass)
• Charting System: EPIC/OR Manager (PICIS)
• First Time Traveler's Accepted
• Scrubs provided
