Lead Environmental Service Tech - CVI

Position Highlights:

• Location: Naperville, IL
• Full Time - 40 hou
• Hours: Monday to Friday 5 pm to 1:30 am No rotating weekend and no holidays

A Brief Overview:
The Environmental Services Technician Lead is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the Environmental Services team in providing exceptional cleaning and sanitation services. This position ensures compliance with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory guidelines. The Environmental Services Technician Lead supervises, directs, and supports a team of Environmental Services Technicians to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

What you will need:

• High School or GED required
• A significant level of customer service skill is required in order to explain policies or practices or otherwise communicate with others in situations requiring sensitivity and tact.
• Ability to read and exchange information with patients and others and/or do basic arithmetic.
• Ability to use and comfort around basic computer technology.
• Basic communication with patients, visitors and coworkers
