JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Eberly College of Science is seeking a dynamic, hardworking research administrator for the position of Proposal and Awards Generalist, Intermediate Professional. This position will report to the Post-Award Proposal and Award Advanced Professional in a fast paced, complex, detailed, and multifaceted environment that requires multi-tasking expertise, managing conflicting priorities, timely work production, and the ability to solve complex problems. The ideal candidate will have the ability to successfully work and communicate (verbal and written) with internal and external colleagues/partners at various levels to achieve mutually beneficial goals and solve problems. Duties of this position include providing excellent support and expertise to departments within ECOS on post-award matters. The selected individual's job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Education and Experience: This position requires flexibility and self-management skills, including the ability to prioritize a large number of tasks. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills required. Capability to work both independently and as a team member, ability to multi-task and respond professionally in challenging situations is essential. This position will work fully remote.
