JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Pullo Performing Arts Center at the Penn State York campus is looking to hire a Box Office and Event Coordinator. This is a part-time opening that will work between 20-24 hours per week. The responsibilities of this opening include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as customer service lead for the Box Office, assisting part-time staff with needs and technical issues.
  • Assist with patron arrivals, accessible needs and scanner issues during events.
  • Maintain Pullo Center social media channels, working with the Marketing Manager to ensure timely posts around email blasts and ad placements.
  • Work with Director to coordinate and carry out details for community event rentals and commercial shows.
