Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Correctional Food Manager, CF, the Supervising Correctional Cook has overall responsibility for the operation of the facility kitchens and will coordinate with the Assistant Correctional Food Manager in planning and organizing the serving of food incorporating the Cook-Chill methodology. Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position. Note: Main communication for this position with be through email.
