Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner.
  • Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
  • Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, and Supervisor.
  • Process requisitions - using computer, making sure addition is correct and checking item prices against bid specifications, making sure there is no discrepancy in pricing.
  • Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
  • Accurately input and maintain data into company systems, ensuring completeness and consistency to support organizational processes and reporting.
  • Review and edit employee timesheets for accuracy and compliance with company policies, resolving discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform meticulous quality checks on data and documentation, identifying and correcting errors to uphold high standards of precision and reliability.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
