Primary goal of this service is to assist consumers to avoid arrest and/or reduce the number of days in jail or prison or help in their reintegration after incarceration. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work or rehabilitation. 4. Valid New Jersey Driver's License.
