Production Coordinator

Job Summary

The Production Coordinator is responsible for the undertaking of any administrative/office duties that allow

the manufacturing team to focus on fabrication. This role requires an understanding of basic computer skills,

time management and manufacturing principles.

Primary Job Responsibilities

* Preparing accurate job packets - prepared and printed accurately for the production team

* Prepare shipping paperwork for all outbound freight following company requirements/quality

* procedures

* Schedule deliveries and pick-ups with various trucking companies

* Process/follow up on purchase requisitions/purchase orders

* Assist in overseeing/assigning maintenance due dates

* Upload/update maintenance logs

* Assist w/ job scheduling in SAP software

* Labor hour reporting from SAP software

* Assist w/ process documentation and 5S activities

* Maintain safety data sheets

* Perform other related duties as assigned

* Work with Quality, Environmental, H&S employees to ensure and maintain compliance with safety,

operational, and regulatory standards of Quality

* Has the obligation to be aware of and comply with environmental, safety policies and regulations and

always endures duties of high-quality standards

Job Requirements

* 2-3 years of experience in warehousing and shipping protocol

* Good communication and leadership skills

* Experience with SAP software & MRP/ERP systems

* Experience with 5S manufacturing procedures

* Experience with Proficient in basic Microsoft Word and Google Docs programs
