Job Summary The Revenue Cycle Training and Quality Improvement Advisor will participate in the research, design, creation, delivery of training and education related to revenue cycle operations and management utilizing the principles of Instructional Systems Design and Adult Learning Theories. The Advisor will actively monitor strategic initiatives intended to enhance organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement by performing quality reviews, communicating deficiencies, and recommending best practice adjustments and opportunities.Monument Health offers competitive wages and benefits on qualifying positions. Additional Requirements Required: Education - High School Diploma or GED equivalent Certification- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt within one year of hire; NAHAM CHAA or AAHAM CRCS within one year of hire Preferred: Education - Associates degree or equivalent certification in Healthcare, Education, Business or related field Certification- Lean Six Sigma or IHI Quality and Safety Experience - 3+ years of Healthcare Experience; 3+ years of Education Training Experience; 3+ years of Revenue Cycle Experience Physical Requirements:Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
